A demanding work week, broken sleep and a mind that will not switch off can make a traditional herbal remedy sound appealing. But does ashwagandha work well enough to justify a place in a considered wellness routine? The short answer is: it can, particularly for stress support, but results depend on the extract, dose, consistency and the concern you are trying to address.
